[02:40.200]and ideas for this song in math class in my freshman year of high school.

[02:51.200]and was kind of started singing it to myself
[02:53.200]and you know I was going through a period
[02:55.200]where I was dating this guy that was going off to college
[02:58.200]and I knew we were gonna break up.
[03:02.200]So I started to think about all the things that I knew would remind him of me.
[03:06.200]And its kinda like a given one of all my friends you know

[03:17.200]and wrote it with this co-writer who was kinda wondering if I was crazy or not

[03:23.200]And you know, the funny thing is that I shelved this song for like 3 months
[03:25.200]and never never even played it for anybody, never even demoed it.

[03:31.200]and played it for my record label president
[03:33.200]and he goes "well thats your first single"
